Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?
Well, there’s multiple reasons really. A small fraction of it is for my health. That should be a bigger reason for me but I’m a boy crazy sixteen year old, health isn’t really a priority right now. But another reason is to be happy. Yes, when you meet me in person, I’m the happiest girl out there....
Day four.
Your greatest fears about weightloss.
I don’t think I really have any fears about weightloss itself, but I am aftaid of giving up. It’s happened so many times before - something bad happens so I ‘take a day off’ and then just never go back on. I don’t want that to happen this time. Cause this time I’m serious.
Day two.
How tall are you? Do you like your height?
I am currently 5’2” and I’ll probably be there for the rest of my life. And yes, I love my height. I embrace being short and am glad I’m shorter than most guys because after this is all over, I wouldn’t wanna date a shorter guy. (:
Lost eleven pounds in seven days. Hell to the yes.
Just took the ultimate test of my will power. My brother asked me to help him make brownies AND chocolate chip cookies. I didn’t even have a taste of the dough, nor do I plan on having any of the finished product. I’m so proud of myself. And for dinner? White rice and broccoli with NO butter. I’m gunna make my goal, I swear.
Day one - your stats.
Kind of embarrassing so bear with me. I’m 16 and 5 foot 2.
Start weight - 7/11/11 - 269 lbs. Ewh.
Current weight - 7/15/11 - 260 lbs. Still ewh, but nine pounds in four days? I smell improvement.
First goal weight - 230 lbs.
Second goal weight - 199 lbs.
Third goal weight - 160 lbs.
Ultimate goal weight - 130 lbs.
Yeah, I don’t have an eating disorder. My goal weight is not 80...
